An online campaign tagged 'war against rape', put together by the Save Her Foundation, a non governmental organisation founded by Reverend Fola Achudume of victory Life Bible Church is commencing on 11th July by noon.
The campaign which will be live stream on Facebook at 'saveherfoundation.com' have as facilitators, the ogun state commissioner for women affairs, Mrs Funmi Efuwape, the Ogun State's President, All Nigeria Confederation of Principals of secondary schools,ANCOPSS, Dr.A.O.Womiloju, and the acting secretary, West African Law and Religious Society, Dr. Abiola Akiyode-Afolabi, as well as the General Overseer of victory Life Bible Church, Apostle Lawrence Achudume.
Passionate about issues relating to the girl-child, the founder of the 'save her foundation', Reverend Fola Achudume posited that the body of every female is sacred and should not be turned to a war zone through abuse, molestation and rape.
Reiterating that all hands must be on deck against rape, the convener of the "War Against Rape" online campaign, said rape should not be swept under the carpet.
Mrs Fola Achudume noted that the women and every girl child should be guaranteed security and safety.
