Achudume charges youth to look inward at Ogun Youth Town Hall Meeting.

Youths in their large numbers on Tuesday converged on the June 12 Cultural Center, Kuto, Abiola, as the maiden edition of the Ogun State Youth Town Hall Meeting took center stage.

Addressing the youths, a Guest Speaker, who is the Set Man at the Victory Life Bible Church, Abeokuta, Apostle Lawrence Achudume charged youths in the country to look inwards and see areas of strength which they can build-on for self sufficiency in the future.

According to him, the time has come for the youths to develop the can-do spirit, pointing out that thet shouldn't  mind starting small.

While reminding that some of the world's richest and influential men did not come from wealthy homes, he said they made fortunes from innovative thinking and enterprise.

The Cleric while noting that God has blessed every individual with at least one special gift, he posited that it behoves on everyone to discover such and maximise it.

Apostle Achudume equally charged those in positions of authority too to also play their parts by prioritising capacity building, skills acquisition and development for the youths.

He commended the Ogun State Governor, Prince Dapo Abiodun for making youth inclusiveness in governance a priority, submitting that the number of youths in his cabinet is a clear attestation to this.

The Ogun State Commissioner for Youths and Sports, Mr Oludare Kehinde had earlier in a welcome address thanked the Governor for his youth-friendly policies and programmes and assured that the youths are already reciprocating by their contributions to the Building Our Future Together Agenda.
