As widely publicised shortly after the approval given by the Ogun State Government a few weeks ago to commence the conduct of the years 2018, 2019 and 2020 promotion oral interview, the process has successfully taken off in various Ministries, Departments and Agencies of government.
A visit by our roving reporter to some agencies reveals that both the interview panels and relevant officers were fully on ground to participate in the exercise.
At the Conference Room of the Office of the Head of Service in Oke-Mosan, Abeokuta, the Head of Service, Alhaja Selimot Ottun, in an unscheduled visit commended the efforts of the administrators and charged them to keep the good work going.
Also at the Conference Room of the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology, where Education Officers were been interviewed, the Chairman of the panel, who is the Director, Quality Assurance and Teachers Development in the Ministry, Mr. Martins Akinsolu said the exercise was going on as expected, with no hitch from any quarter.
While the story was not different at the Office of the Accountant General, Ogun State, where professional accountants were been interviewed. The Chairman of the panel and AG, Mr. Micheal Idowu, represented by the Director, Inspectorate, Mr. Kolapo Ilori gave the assessment of the exercise as smooth and hitch free.
