Ansar Deen Society of Nigeria, Ota branch flagged off the week marking the 55th birthday of the Arole Iganmode-Olofin & Olota of Otta, Awori Kingdom, His Majesty, Oba Professor Adeyemi Obalanlege (Lanlege Ekun II) on Sunday, 22nd of August at Oba Isiyemi Hall, Olota’s Palace, Ota, Ogun State.
The foremost Islamic group in Nigeria was led by the Missioner, Sheikh (Barr.) Alli Daudu.
In a sermon, he urged the people of Otta, indigents and residents alike to continue to pray for Kabiyesi in his course of transforming Ota and his untiring efforts of promoting the cause of the Aworis in the Country.
He equally urged the audience to always wish the best for the King to succeed if they want their children to be successful in life as affirmed by Prophet Muhammad Rosululahi (S.A.W) in his teachings.
The Islamic cleric concluded by praying for all subjects of Kabiyesi while he pray for a successful celebration.
In his response, the celebrant seized the occasion to appreciate Almighty Allah for his kindness, for His Grace to be alive to celebrate yet another year on earth, and for the wisdom He bestowed on him in managing the affairs of Ota Kingdom since his ascension on the throne of his forebears.
His Majesty equally thanked the people of Ota who have been so supportive, and for the genuine commitment they exhibited in the process of taking the ancient City of Ota Kingdom to the greater heights.
May Almighty Allah continue to bless us all, he concluded.

According to the statement by the Principal Secretary & Personal Assistant to Olota of Otta Prince Adeyemi Olusesi , Alayeluwa , Oba Adeyemi Obalanlege will be Celebrating his 55th Year birthday on Saturday, 28th August 2021 under the able chairmanship of the Former President of the Republic of Nigeria, Chief Olusegun Obasanjo, GCFR.
