100 Year Anniversary: Moor Plantation,Ibadan to honour Ogun Agric Commissioner, Odedina with distinguished Alumnus Award
As part of its centenary celebration, the Federal College of Agricultire, Moor Plantation, Ibadan has concluded arrangements to present the distinguished Alumnus award to the Honourable Commissioner of Agriculture in Ogun State , Dr. Adeola Odedina.
This is in recognition of his outstanding contributions to the development of the Agricultural sector in the country.
A letter conveying the intention of the institution signed by the Chairman of the College Centenary Committee,Dr. A.O.D Adejumo stated in part
" Your outstanding contributions to the development of the Agricultural sector stands you out for this award and the College is particularly proud of your emploits".
The statement adds" Your dedicated service to the nation and humanity in general is an inspiration to the younger generation".
The event is slated for Thursday, 16th of December , 2021 as the presentation of the award will be held during the weeklong programme.
The Federal College of Agriculture, Ibadan is a foremost Agricultural institutiin in Nigeria established in 1921.
It is the first agricultural institution in Nigeria and it has a lot of significance with Agricultural development in the country.
