—A Call to Leaders and Kingdom Stewards

Dear People of God, Kingdom Leaders, and Fellow Stewards,
Grace and peace be multiplied to you.
This is a call to reflection, to repentance, and to responsibility. Recent occurrences have stirred a deep prompting in my spirit—a recurring issue that points to a larger concern in many spiritual communities and platforms today: overdependence on personalities rather than dependence on the Holy Spirit.
Let us clearly understand this: No spiritual platform or community is to be built around a man. Leadership is a privilege, not a replacement for God’s presence. God is the Builder, the Sustainer, and the Owner of every genuine assignment. Leaders are simply privileged vessels through whom He works.
Whether a leader is present or not, the agenda of heaven must not be halted. We are building systems that should function with divine structure, not personality reliance. The Holy Spirit does not operate on human emotions or convenience—He is ever ready and waiting on those who will honor the appointed times and seek His presence diligently.
As the popular saying goes:
“Compromises make sense where there’s a system in place.”
In other words, it doesn’t matter who is visible or vocal, as long as the operation aligns with God’s order, spirit-filled discipline, and a harmonious pursuit of His will. That is what makes a system strong, sustainable, and heaven-backed.
To those who convene meetings, lead prayers, moderate Bible study, or carry any spiritual responsibility: let this truth settle in your heart—God is already at every appointed place and time before you ever arrive. He is time-conscious. He is intentional. And He expects those who bear His name to take Him seriously.
It is a weighty thing when a community waits to see if a human leader is active before responding to divine instruction. That posture does not reflect service to God—it reflects spiritual immaturity. When the activity of a platform pauses because a known voice is absent, it is no longer a sanctuary but a shrine.
The Spirit is calling us to grow up.
Please study Ezekiel 33:1–8. Let the Word convict you. Leaders and followers alike must understand the watchman’s role. Accountability rests not only on those who sound the alarm but on those who hear and act.
This is a tabernacle. And yes, your heart is a personal tabernacle. But the physical or online gatherings we partake in—like this platform—are also sacred grounds where heaven meets with humanity. They are not houses of men, but meeting points with God. It is not the voice that opens the door, but the heart that gives access.
Spiritual leadership is not an exalted throne. It is a rotating privilege in the Kingdom. The one who teaches today may be the one learning tomorrow. This is not about titles—it’s about alignment. If we get this right, we all grow together in Christ, and no one is left behind waiting on man when God is already waiting on us.
Let us repent where we have erred.
Let us recommit to building what God desires.
Let us move from man-dependence to God-reliance.
Let us preserve the sanctity of the altar—physical or digital.
Let us keep the fire burning, whether or not any man is present.
May this charge pierce the hearts of all who read it—leaders, ministers, followers, and stewards. May it call us to deeper devotion, discipline, and maturity in the things of God.
Let the tabernacle be filled. Let the system stand.
Let the builders rise—with reverence and readiness.
