Odogbolu, Ogun State – In a vibrant display of faith, thousands of Christians and residents of the ancient town of Odogbolu this Saturday converged for the accession procession that welcomed the founder and primate of the Mount Jieworrar All Saints Church of the Lord Aladura, Bishop Samuel Adebisi Ademosu, along with other senior clergy.
The event marked the opening of the 2025 Jieworrar Day celebrations.
The procession featured singing, dancing, and praise worship as Bishop Ademosu, accompanied by Archbishops S.A. Kasali and O.O. Awonuga, and Deacon A. Odunnaike, led the crowd to the church’s “holy land” in Ikosa Quarters.
Addressing the gathering, Bishop Ademosu quoted Psalm 23, urging believers to “forge ahead as Christian soldiers marching to war with the Cross of Jesus going before us.”
He emphasized that at the name of Jesus, “Satan and his host flee,” and called on the faithful to unite in hope, doctrine, and charity.
21‑Day Fast and Prayer
From 1 December to 21 December 2025, Bishop Ademosu and his team will observe a 21‑day fast and prayer program at the holy land.
Worshippers from across Nigeria and abroad are expected to travel to Odogbolu to seek spiritual guidance, cleansing, and anointing.
Grand Finale on 21 December
The culmination of the Jieworrar Day celebrations will take place on 21 December 2025 at the holy land in Ikosa Quarters, Odogbolu, from 6 p.m. until daybreak.
The event will feature singing and dancing to praise songs performed by prominent gospel musicians and the church choir.
Bishop Ademosu will also present the church’s annual prophetic predictions for 2026.
The gathering aims to give thanks for past blessings, celebrate the year’s achievements, and receive spiritual blessings for the year ahead.
