According to him, " up until the 6th of February, 2020, you and I are illegal staff members operating in illegal Tertiary Institution , because Mapoly had been dead and only came back to life on the 6th of February, 2020 upon the revalidation"

He thanked the NBTE team led by the Chairman of Chairmen of Governing Council of Polytechnics in Nigeria , Alhaji Abubakar Mohammed for restoring the glory of the institution.

" This is not the time to pitch tent. Don't divide to camps and create confusion and crisis. We are all victor's ", he said .

" This is a new Mapoly, a better Mapoly with great potential. You won't be considering other places to work. That is the value we want to put in place. Our value is to make people happy, both staff and students, including our clients. That is the mentality I want all of us to imbibe and we cannot succeed in it , if we are not harmonious. If we fight and quarel over nothing, it would be very very disappointing", he further charged members of staff.
