HAJJ PILGRIMS OFFER PRAYER FOR OLOTA OF OTTA, OGUN DEPUTY GOVERNOR, AWORI MONARCHS, OTHERS IN MECCA.


Distinguished sons of the Paramount & Ancient Otta, Awori Kingdom(Ogun pilgrims) led by renowned Islamic Scholar, Sheikh Sabeeq Aina Aladi on Saturday  gathered at the Great Mosque of Mecca, Masjid Al-Haram to pray for the  sons and daughters of Awori, at Home and in the Diaspora) in the spirit of brotherhood.


The prayers were equally offered to  seek Allah's continous mercy in making the Ancient City of Otta great,just as it was  extended to other Awori towns and villages..




During the special prayers, a special session was  dedicated to the  most Revered Royal Father, Olofin Apesin Olode, Olota of the   Paramount & Ancient Otta, Awori Kingdom, His Majesty, Oba Professor Adeyemi Abdukabir Obalanlege, the  illustrious daughter, pride of Awori Kingdom, the Deputy Governor of Ogun state, Her Excellency, Engr. Noimot Salako-Oyedele, other Royal fathers across Awori Kingdom, sons & daughters of Awori sub-ethnic group across the globe.



Concluding, the Ulamas also prayed  for the Executive Governor of Ogun state, Prince Dr. Adedapo Abiodun, MFR, CON to successfully complete his 2nd term in office, and to have the strength to deliver all his electoral promises to the good people of  Aworiland, and Ogun State by extension.


Present at the prayer  session were; Hon. Olayiwola Waliu Taiwo, Justice Laja Durojaiye, Imam Oruba Otta, Imam Ilata Otta, Imam Tigbo Otta, Imam Araromi, Sango Otta, and other eminent personalities. 


The group  prayed that theAlmighty Allah will  accept  the  prayers as an act  of Ibadah and continue to favour the  sons & daughters of Otta and Aworis at large here on earth and in the  hereafter, while also praying that Awori Kingdom shall continue to witness more growth, development, peace and tranquillity.
