Q: You are a gospel singer, how did you come about venturing into gospel music, is it God's calling or personal calling ?
A: I got this calling from God.
Q: When did you start singing and at what point did you settle for gospel music ?
A: I started singing since when i was age 10 in Methodist church Kano State, I was among the youngest in the adult choir. Then, i used to lead praise called ‘Idupe Ose', Ose ‘meaning weekly thanksgiving and with this privilege given to me, I gained boldness to face the crowd and sing with confidence. I settled for gospel music in 2016 and since then God has been faithful.
Q: Have you waxed any album?
A: Yes, i have a single track Titled
OLUWA SANU MI and an Album launch last year July Titled ‘OLORUN ALAGBARA (The Almighty God) with 7 tracks of songs.
Q: Where do you normally stage your show ?
A: My ministrations are mostly in church except if i have reception like wedding birthday etc. These can be in a hall or an open ground.
Q: What are the unique things about praise worship?
A: The unique things about praise worship is that, it brings down the glory of God, praises takes away depression, during praises, burdens are lifted , praises bring Joy, praise draw men to God, praise also strengthen our faith in God.
Q: How do you get inspiration for your songs ?
A: It's always from God and He has been faithful.
Q: You grew up in the North, which mean you can speak Hausa, do you have songs you composed in Hausa or other non Yoruba languages ?
A: Yes, i was born in Kano State.
Yes i have songs in Hausa language. Yes, my Hausa song is on Audiomack titled NAKA NE and the other one i sang in Redemption camp is
Q: What are some of the challenges you have encountered?
A: Hmmmm, so many but let me mention few, challenge about finance; going out for ministration and nothing is being given even to appreciate all because I do not harge church. We also do have challenges with instrumentalists etc.
Q: Where do you hope to take this gospel journey?
A: To the whole world if Jesus tarries
