An alumnus of Crescent University, Abeokuta, Nigeria, Mr Jonathan Olajide has clinched a distinction in his Master of Science at University of Hull, United Kingdom.
At the just concluded convocation of University of Hull held over the weekend, Olajide came out with distinction in MSc Advertising and Marketing having recorded a similar feat with a first class BSc in Mass Communication at Crescent University Abeokuta in 2016.
The Vice Chancellor,Prof. Ibraheem Gbajabiamila, on behalf of the Board of Trustees, Governing Council, management, alumni and students of Crescent University expressed his congratulations to Olajide whom he described as "one of the studious ambassadors of our university of academic and moral excellence ".
Prof. Gbajabiamila said this is another testament that Crescent Mass Communication is world class, having produced graduates now working with the British Broadcasting Corporate and other international organizations.
A former Industry Page Editor with The Moment Newspaper, Olajide had also lectured at the Department of Mass Communication, Moshood Abiola Polytechnic, Abeokuta before relocating for his Master's in the United Kingdom.
