Media and Communications Specialist and Principal Consultant at Hattie Royale Media, Oludolapo Agbejobi, has been spotlighted as one of the key facilitators as The Business Ideation School (TBIS) Africa, in partnership with the Christ the Redeemer’s Ministry (CRM) of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), successfully concluded the 2025 edition of its Leadership Training Programme (LTP). The transformative five-day initiative empowered over 3,500 youths with leadership, entrepreneurial, and employability skills.

Held from November 5 to 9, 2025, the fully sponsored programme attracted students and National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) members from across Nigeria and the Republic of Benin. The intensive training blended professional development with spiritual enrichment, featuring plenary sessions, morning devotionals, prayer and worship, drama presentations, and a special governance-focused session.
Participants earned certifications across various tracks, including Corporate Strategy, Financial Intelligence, Media Management, Business Ideation, Advertising Management, Business Networking, Marketing, and Brand Management. Only a nominal commitment fee was required, ensuring inclusivity and access for youths from diverse backgrounds.
Speaking on the impact of the partnership, Emmanuel Ikediashi, Founder and Principal of TBIS Africa, reaffirmed the institution’s dedication to providing accessible and practical business education for young Africans. “Learning and leadership form the foundation of true growth,” he stated. “By pairing them with practical, skill-based education, and by engaging industry professionals to facilitate the training, we strengthen the learning experience and inspire participants to build sustainable careers and enterprises.”
Oludolapo, who facilitated the Media Management track, commended the programme’s vision, underscoring the importance of communication and media literacy in nurturing ethical, innovative, and future-ready leaders.
Participants described the 2025 Leadership Training Programme as both impactful and life-changing, noting that the calibre of facilitators, including Oludolapo Agbejobi demonstrated the programme’s commitment to merging faith, leadership, and professional excellence.
Meanwhile, TBIS Africa has continued its mission as a leading professional development institution dedicated to nurturing entrepreneurs, leaders, and changemakers through practical learning, mentorship, and collaboration.
