Daily Security Tips That Train Your Thinking
Peace-loving elders, rights activists, security agents, and community or religious leaders may intervene in disputes to encourage dialogue and restore peace. However, such intervention must be handled carefully when a matter is already before the court.
Once a case is before a court, individuals should not take the law into their own hands, threaten parties, impose punishments, or attempt to override the judicial process. Where appropriate, parties may seek lawful means of settlement through their lawyers and the court.
A security-conscious individual will always ascertain the status of a matter before attempting to intervene.
Quote: It is not acceptable for anyone to reopen a matter that is already before the court.
Just be good. Reflect. Stay alert.
