The OGBC Santa Claus
on Tuesday berthed in Ibara pa region with schools in Ibarapa East local
government area of Oyo state, Eruwa playing host to it.
The schools which include, Stepping stone Private
School and Cornerstone Heights College, Sango Eruwa as well as Victory Group of
Schools, Eruwa expressed delight with the presence of OGBC Father Xmas in their
domain.
According to the Proprietor of Stepping Stone
Private School and Cornerstone Heights College, Pastor Adisa Oluwamuyiwa, OGBC
deserves some accolades for partnering
stakeholders to give all round education and entertainment to the future
leaders.
In her words, the Proprietress of Victory Group of
Schools, Mrs Bose Olaleye described the visit as a wonderful experience to the
pupils as a way of enjoying the festive season.
Giving a remark, the Chairperson of OGBC Father Xmas
Committee, Doyin Lasisi-Oloruntola appreciated the schools for the cordial
relationship with OGBC, saying that the station recognises Ibarapa people as
part of its dependable and committed listeners.
Hundreds of pupils and students of the various
schools took their turn to sing and dance melodious christmas songs to the
admiration of their teachers and parents who were full of praises to witness
another yuletide.
The OGBC Father Xmas Funfair continues in Ibarapa
axis throughout the yultide.
