JOY AS ECHSOSA DYNAMIC 87 SET RENOVATED TWO BLOCK OF CLASSROOMS AT THE JUNIOR SCHOOL.

A block of 2 classrooms (in the Junior School) renovated by the Dynamic 87 set was commissioned and  handed over to the school management on Friday, the 15th of March , 2024 at the school premises, under the chairmanship of ECHSOSA National President,Chief Olufemi Popoola. 

Joining the executives and some members of the set were the host principal in the  Junior school and her counterpart in the Senior  school, vice-principals,some teaching staff and students representatives. 

The set chairman,Mr. Funsho Oshodipe went down the  memory lane that the project was their third in giving back to their alma mata  and the affected classrooms were picked because of its bad condition which was not conducive for learning and teaching. 

He appreciated his colleagues within and  those in the  diaspora for their support and  selfless contribution in the face of several challenges. 

The National President of the  Old Students Association,Chief Olufemi Popoola was full of gratitude to the set for their timely intervention,to further enhance an attractive teaching and learning environment in the school,thereby improving the existing structures in the school. 

The President used the occasion to eulogise those sets and individuals who have been supportive in the ongoing restoration agenda of the national leadership. 

The National President urged the managements of the two schools to ensure proper use of the facilities being put in place in the school, saying the old students would hold them responsible for any act of vandalism and destructive activities from the students on any structures and facilities put in place not only by the old students but also by the government. 

 He commended the Principals for their deliberate efforts in curbing acts of hooliganism and unruly behaviours among the students,noting that positive reports are now being passed by the people outside regarding our students' reformed attitude.

In conclusion,aside from building structures, the National President announced that attention of the national leadership is now being shifted to  students' capacity building, presentation of talks on national orientation, social responsibilities, mentoring, to achieve an all round development of our learners among  others.

He then called for the intervention of Old Students well grounded in these areas to assist in achieving this.

Some of the Dynamic 87 sets  symbolically dressed in the Green White Green Uniform of the school to reenact the old time,  when they were students,  even as this added side attractions and colours to the event.
