Lanre Ariyibi Foundation Donates Borehole Project To Ijaiye Community, promising more community project for people in Abeokuta, Ogun State.



....A survey conducted by Nigeria’s Bureau of Statistics and UNICEF shows millions of households in Nigeria do not have access to clean water sources._``` 

Abeokuta - Lanre Ariyibi Foundation has donated a borehole project to the residents of Ijaiye community in the state capital of Ogun State. 
Lanre Ariyibi Foundation is a non governmental and non profitable  organization,  registered in Nigeria towards working to provide access to safe drinking water and proper sanitation to assist in providing sustainable solutions to water problem in Nigeria especially Abeokuta South state through free consultation and free direct water projects.

 L.A.F is able to provide simple, effective and affordable solutions to water sanitations problems to people in urban and rural communities in Abeokuta.



Since Government can not do it all alone, the goal and focus of the Lanre Ariyibi foundation is to assist in eradicating poverty, reducing child's illiteracy and sensitising on proper hygiene in Abeokuta and environ.  

The Borehole Project was commissioned by Hon Ayodeji Michael Shomide, Transition Chairman, Abeokuta South Local Government among other notable leaders in the community.

Chairman of the beneficiary community, Mr Tajudeen Olayiwola who thanked the founder of Lanre Ariyibi Foundation, Mr Lanre Ariyibi on behalf of the entire community for his kind gestures and for his quick response towards the letter that the community sent to his Foundation requesting for community borehole Project, because he who gives water gives life! praying for Mr Ariyibi that he will never lack in his life and God will continue to strengthen his Foundation.



Also speaking at the commissioning of the borehole project was the Chief Imam of the community, who salute the courage of the founder of the foundation for assistance he has been rendering to many communities and prayed that Almighty Allah will continue to bless the founder abundantly

Mr Ariyibi is a graduate of mass communication from the famous The polytechnic lbadan, he was born into the family of grassroots politician, Otunba Adesola Ariyibi of Ariyibi compound, lporo-Ake, Ake, Abeokuta south Local Government area of Ogun state. 

He had his secondary education at African Church Grammar School in Abeokuta before proceeding to Moshood Abiola Polytechnic for his National Diploma. He got his Higher National Diploma from Ibadan poly before proceeding to Chester University of Pennsylvania in USA  to study psychology. He values education and further his study @Harris School of Business, linwood, New Jersey USA  where he got another  Diploma as Physician assistant.  

The foundation which has her mother company doing wonderfully well in United State is trying to reciprocate the good benefits for his people back home especially in Abeokuta South Local Government.

The leadership of entire Ijaye community   headed by Chief Ganiyu Babayeju the Balogun of Ijaiye-land(Aare of Egbaland), Chief Lai Olabode who is Otun of Ijaiye-land (Baaroyin of Egbaland) and Chief Debowale Oyalowo who is also Oganla of ijaye kingdom, other dignitaries present Former speaker OGHA Rt Hon Titi Gomez, Chief Lai Labode, Hon Lekan Adegun, Hon Saburi Adefolu, Prince Shoremekun, member elder council to Ogun Gov;  Hon Mrs Abiola former member federal house of rep, Hon Lai Karounwi,  former house assembly member, comrade Monsuru Balogun,  aka Afuye, hon Alapoti Saheed and several
              diginatary that grace the laudable project in the community.

The philanthropist believes that education is the only vehicle to close the gap between the rich and the poor hence his focus on the development of the youth and the less privileged that why he recently distributed JAMB form to some students, got them registered and organised coaching classes for the examination.
